services and material included in our package:

Our tour packages are All Inclussive and
full Board basis that includes bed-tea, B/F, Lunch, evening
high-tea and dinner.

On our tour we provide A/C mid size car &
experienced tour guide for group of two. For group larger than
two we provide MPV as Toyota Innova or Qualis.

We provide mineral water during your full trip.
v
We offer you a choice of continental, Chinese and
Indian cuisines during your stay. During your stay in Sequester
you may also do a self cooking of your choice in the attached
kitchenette. Kitchenette is fully equipped.
v
We provide accommodations in good 3* Hotels in
case of multi point packages. The accommodation may be upgraded
to 5* category at an extra cost.
v
Packages are all inclusive and include
accommodation with Bed-tea, B/F, Lunch and dinner.

Packages are inclusive of all transfers and
sightseeing tours as per the itinerary of the tour programmes.

The Tour Packages are inclusive of entry fees, all
applicable taxes, driver’s allowances, toll charges and parking

On our treks, we provide excellent fresh meals
cooked hygienically. We also offer fresh fruits and boiled water
throughout the treks.

porters and cooks in all our treks.

We provide international-quality tents, good
quality foam mattresses and other trekking gear on all our trek
packages.

We carry a complete first-aid medical kit during
the treks and trips.

Packages include the applicable route charges and
taxes for the trekking routes.

Package includes all entrance fees to national
parks and forests.
The packages does
not include:

Personal accident
insurance.
v
Any medical
expenses.
v
Rescue Operation.
v
International and
domestic air fare, airport tax
v
Sightseeing cost
within any cities and towns in the trekking packages.

Alcoholic beverages
and soft drinks on treks.
v
Any cost arising out
of unforeseen circumstances like roadblocks, landslides, bad
weather, etc.
v
Laundry, tips and
other personal expenses.
v
Any thing that is
not mentioned.
Cancellation
Policy:
Treks usually involve significant
logistical arrangements involving food, lodging, porters, etc.
The advance fees from our customers are used for making these
sorts of reservations well in advance, most of which are
non-refundable. In light of these realities, we have come up
with the following cancellation policy. We ask for an advance
fee of about 60% of the cost of the trip.

If the customer cancels the trip 60 days or
more in advance, we will return 40% to the customer who will
forfeit the remaining 20% of the cost of the trip.
v
If the customer cancels the trip 30 to 59
days in advance, we will return 30% to the customer who will
forfeit the remaining 30% of the cost of the trip.
v
If the customer cancels the trip 14 to 29
days in advance, we will return 20% to the customer who will
forfeit the remaining 40% of the cost of the trip.
v
If the customer cancels the trip 7 to 14
days in advance, we will return 10% to the customer who will
forfeit the remaining 50% of the cost of the trip.
v
If the customer cancels the trip less than
7 days in advance, the customer will forfeit the full advance of
60% of the cost of the trip.
Alteration of
Schedule by Customer:
If the customer chooses to alter the confirmed arrangements
after reservations have been made, an amendment fee (plus any
increased charges) may be charged apart from all expenses
related to the specific reservation. While we cannot assure that
all alterations can be accommodated, we will do our very best.
